M.A. · Daily Life Practice Consultant

Welcome

I’m Diana J. Bonnici, M.A. — a Daily Life Practice Consultant dedicated to helping people create lives that feel more meaningful, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling. For more than 40 years, I have worked as a coach and counselor, supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. My work blends personal counseling with practical life coaching, focusing on the everyday habits, choices, and relationships that quietly shape our well-being over time.

I believe lasting transformation rarely comes from dramatic change. Instead, it grows through small, intentional actions practiced consistently each day. This philosophy is at the heart of what I call “Practice Living” — learning how to approach daily life with greater awareness, purpose, compassion, and authenticity so that positive change becomes sustainable and deeply rooted.

My personal life has also deeply shaped my perspective and values. I have been married for 60 years and am grateful for a loving family, including two sons, two daughters of heart, and four grandchildren. These lifelong relationships continue to inspire my understanding of connection, resilience, communication, and the importance of nurturing meaningful bonds throughout every stage of life.

My Philosophy

“We are all, every day, practicing something. My work is to help you become more conscious of what you practice — and more intentional about what you want to cultivate.”

My approach is warm, practical, and deeply collaborative. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I work closely with each client to understand their unique situation, values, and goals — and then help them design a personalized roadmap for living more fully.

Sessions focus on concrete, actionable steps that fit into your real life. Together, we build momentum — one small practice at a time.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals and couples seeking support, healing, and personal growth through life’s many challenges and transitions. My practice welcomes adults of all ages who desire healthier communication, stronger relationships, greater emotional balance, and a deeper sense of well-being.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, aging, illness, divorce, parenting challenges, family and relationship dynamics, self-esteem, boundaries, spirituality, and major life changes. Together, we work toward creating healthier coping skills, more fulfilling relationships, and a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and balanced.

I work with couples who want to strengthen connection, improve communication, resolve conflict more constructively, and rebuild trust, understanding, and emotional intimacy.

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from coaching. Many of my clients are simply high-functioning individuals who want support in living with more intention and less stress.
