Confidentiality

Everything shared in our sessions is held in the strictest confidence. I take your privacy seriously, and your personal information will never be shared with anyone without your explicit written consent. Exceptions to confidentiality exist only in situations required by law, including: • Imminent risk of harm to yourself or others • Suspected abuse or neglect of a minor or vulnerable adult • Court order or legal requirement These exceptions are rare and will always be handled with care and respect.

Cancellation Policy

I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer that time to another client who may be waiting. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee • Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis • Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to continue working together I understand that life happens. Please reach out as soon as you know you need to reschedule — I will always do my best to find an alternative time.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted forms of payment include: • Personal or cashier's check • Credit or debit card • PayPal  • Cash (in-person sessions only) Unpaid balances of 30 days or more may affect scheduling of future sessions. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please speak with me — I am happy to discuss options.

Session Expectations

To get the most from our work together, I ask that you: • Find a quiet, private space for our Zoom sessions • Be on time — sessions begin and end at the scheduled time • Complete any between-session practices or assignments to the best of your ability • Communicate openly with me if something isn't working Coaching is a collaborative process. The more you invest, the more you'll gain.

Scope of Practice

I am a Daily Life Practice Consultant and life coach. My services are not a substitute for licensed psychotherapy, psychiatry, or medical care. If you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition, severe depression or anxiety, trauma, or a medical issue, I may refer you to an appropriate licensed professional. I am happy to work alongside other providers as part of a broader care team. Life coaching is focused on better communications with yourself and others, building intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, creating positive habits, and navigating transitions for a more joyful and fulfilling life.
